Sep 29, 2020

The results below present audio performance measurements for the Creative X-Fi Elite Pro sound card using the RightMark Audio Analyzer version 6.2.3 . The standard "loopback" method was used with the line-out connected directly to the line-in connection on the sound card with a very short stereo mini-phono plug cable. The sound card was installed on a Windows XP Home Edition SP3 desktop computer with Pentium 4 2.8 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB HD.

The 2 tables below show summary data for the sampling mode 16 bit 44.1kHz (left) and 24bit 96 kHz (right). The excellent audio characteristics for this sound card are evident. This sound card can therefore be used to effectively evaluate many other forms of audio gear using RMAA measurements.
