Ian Jones:

Ian Jones is an electronics technician who has worked in the Ottawa High Tech sector for many years. Originally from England he immigrated with his parents to Canada in 1960. He began showing an interest in music at an early age and joined his first rock band in high school. Since then he has been involved in several musical endeavours as well as doing some acting from time to time.

Presently he is the Lead singer and Rhythm Guitar player in the Pop Duet Straight Up. Ian’s musical influences include, The Beatles, Peter Gabriel, Elvis Costello and Neil Finn.
